Twiddler's syndrome after dorsal root ganglion stimulation: A case report

چکیده
Dorsal root ganglion stimulation (DRG-S) is a promising therapy for chronic neuropathic pain, but complications of this are poorly understood. Twiddler's syndrome, rare complication characterized by lead displacement and coiling wires, has been reported in other neuromodulation devices, not described the context DRG-S. Here, we present first-of-a-kind case report syndrome occurring after 8 months This highlights importance considering as potential patients undergoing DRG-S, especially those with significant weight loss history.
